MACQUARIE UNIVERSITY PRECINCT

INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING & DELIVERY

Definity Group has managed the following key aspects of the University's Precinct and Infrastructure Planning and Delivery:

• The Precinct E Master Plan currently with the Department of Planning for approval.  The Precinct includes the major development sites for Cochlear, Hearing Hub and development sites located at the Station.  The Precinct can accommodate 330,000sqm of development under the Concept Plan
• The University and College Creek upgrade works design, including the design resolution and approval by the NSW Office of Water of solutions that address flooding, riparian management, protected tree communities and traffic.
• Strategic planning, design, procurement, construction and commissioning of essential infrastructure to the Campus, including High and Low Voltage supplies, sewer, water, gas and road works that support the Macquarie University Hospital, Cochlear Global Headquarters and Hearing Hub developments.
